Welcome to VowStory. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vowstory.app, our products, templates, custom design services, and related communications (together, the “Services”).

In these Terms, “VowStory”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to [vowstory.app]. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our Services or placing an order.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Our Services

VowStory offers digital wedding and celebration templates, template revisions, and custom design services.

The details of each product or service—including its features, price, delivery method, timeline, and any included revisions—will be shown on the relevant product page, quotation, invoice, or written project agreement.

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

2. Orders and payments

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All prices are displayed in rupees and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment must be completed using the payment method offered at checkout or agreed in writing for custom projects.

An order is accepted only when we confirm it or begin providing the relevant Service. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable product, or another reasonable issue. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund where applicable.

3. Digital products and delivery

Our templates and other digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing a correct email address or any other requested delivery details.

Delivery times may vary due to the nature of the product, your requested changes, or the information you provide. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it may not be returned in the same way as a physical product. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

4. Revisions and custom projects

If your purchase includes template revisions, the number and type of revisions will be as stated on the product page, invoice, or agreement.

For custom work, the project scope, price, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and included revisions will be agreed in writing before work begins. Requests outside the agreed scope, including additional revisions or new design directions, may require an additional fee and adjusted timeline.

You are responsible for reviewing all proofs and final files carefully. This includes names, dates, spelling, event information, links, contact details, and any other content. Once you approve a final design or it has been delivered, VowStory is not responsible for errors that were present in the information or approval you provided.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Our refund and cancellation approach depends on the type of product or service purchased:

• Ready-made digital templates: Because these are digital products, payments are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, you can contact support for template revisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Your content and permissions

You may provide photos, text, logos, names, event details, and other materials for use in a template revision or custom project (“Your Content”).

You retain ownership of Your Content. However, you give VowStory a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, edit, format, and display Your Content solely to provide the requested Services.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to share it with us. You must not provide content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or violates another person’s privacy or rights.

7. VowStory intellectual property

All VowStory website content, branding, templates, designs, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to VowStory and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

When you purchase a template or custom deliverable, VowStory grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the final deliverable for its intended purpose.

Unless we expressly agree in writing, you may not:

• resell, sublicense, share, distribute, or reproduce a VowStory template or design as a standalone product;
• claim ownership of VowStory’s original template, design system, or underlying creative assets;
• remove copyright, branding, or proprietary notices where they appear; or
• use our materials for commercial resale or create competing products.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or Services to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with the website’s security, availability, or operation;
• attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without permission;
• upload malicious code or harmful content;
• infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; or
• misrepresent your identity or use the Services fraudulently.

9. Third-party services

Our Services may link to or work with third-party platforms, such as payment providers, social-media platforms, or website-hosting services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer

We aim to provide thoughtful, high-quality Services, but the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VowStory does not guarantee that the website or Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at a particular time.

We do not guarantee a particular commercial, social, personal, or event outcome from using our templates or custom designs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VowStory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for a claim relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid VowStory for that specific product or service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
