• Project content: photos, text, design preferences, event details, and other materials you choose to share when requesting a custom design or template revision.
• Website and device information: information such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages viewed, approximate location, and how you interact with our website.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files that help our website function, remember preferences, understand website traffic, and improve your experience.

We may share information only where necessary with trusted service providers that help us operate VowStory, such as payment processors, website hosting providers, email providers, messaging providers (WhatsApp, operated by Meta, which delivers sign-in codes to your phone number), analytics services, and professional advisers. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and must handle it responsibly.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our rights, or to protect the safety, rights, and property of VowStory, our customers, or others.

4. Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website works properly, understand how visitors use it, and improve performance.

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and website usage. It may use cookies and collect page, browser, device and approximate-location information. We do not add account contact details, invitation content, RSVP responses or payment details to Analytics events. Personal invitation and free-preview pages use generic page titles and locations in their Analytics configuration.

When you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google Ads sets a cookie that tells us whether you then started a free preview, paid for a plan or contacted us on WhatsApp, so we can see which ads work. We do not send your name, contact details, invitation content or payment details to Google Ads, and we do not use it to show you ads elsewhere.

We may store a non-identifying browser exclusion cookie to keep our internal testing out of Google Analytics. This preference can persist after sign-out and contains no email address.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the website work.

5. How long we keep information
