At VowStory, we want you to feel confident before placing an order. That is why we share a preview before payment, so you can review the design and decide whether it is right for you.

Please review before you pay

As you receive a preview before making payment, we ask that you review it carefully. Please check the design, style, event details, names, dates, spelling, and overall look before proceeding.

Once payment has been made, the order is considered confirmed and is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Revisions are available

We understand that details can change before a wedding. Every plan includes unlimited revisions, on every tier, for as long as your invitation is live.

You can make changes yourself at any time from your dashboard. Edit whatever you need — names, dates, timings, venues, photographs — and your guests see the updated invitation as soon as you publish it. There is no limit on how many times you can do this.

If you would rather we made a change for you, send the updated details through our support channel and we will make reasonable efforts to complete them as soon as possible.

What counts as a revision

Revisions include reasonable updates to the originally approved design, such as changes to names, dates, timings, venue details, wording, links, or similar event information.

Revisions do not include a complete redesign, a change to a different template, or new features and requests outside the original order. These may be quoted separately if requested.

Cancellations

Because each order involves reserved design time and/or digital delivery, an order cannot generally be cancelled for a refund after payment has been made.

If you have not yet completed payment, you may choose not to proceed with the order.
